Online purchases

Returns are free within 14 days inside the UK.

The watch must be returned in the same saleable condition as when you bought it, with all the documents and materials that came with your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund if you have damaged, cloned (duplicated) or lost any of the items you purchased.

To arrange a return, please email hello@watchesofhenleyst.co.uk with your order reference.

You must return the goods at your own cost. We recommend insuring the parcel for the full order value, as we are not liable for goods lost during the return process.

All orders delivered outside the UK will incur a minimum restocking fee of £1,000.

In-store purchases

Refunds are available in the form of a buy-back, at the discretion of our director. We cannot offer a refund if the watch is in good working order and you have simply changed your mind, or if it does not fit. The buy-back price is non-negotiable.

The watch must be presented in the same saleable condition as when you bought it, with all the documents and materials that came with your purchase.

Delivery

Free next-day delivery comes as standard with every watch purchase once your order has been fulfilled (once we have received confirmation from our payment provider). We will let you know when your order has been fulfilled, or if there is a delay.

Orders must be placed by 3pm for next-day delivery.

We reserve the right to deliver one day later if security checks are needed.

Please use the same billing and delivery address to avoid delays.
