- We start the searchA specialist reviews your request and emails you a rough timeframe, then we search our trusted network.
- Options arrive in your accountEach one shows its price, year, condition, box and papers, and how soon it can be with us. Compare them side by side, then choose one or tell us why it’s not for you.
- Secure it with a depositUsually £1,000 by card or bank transfer, with the rest when your watch is ready. You can also pay in full or split the payment. It’s refunded in full if the watch doesn’t pass our checks.
- Our atelier, then it’s yoursWe buy it, authenticate and inspect it, and service or refinish it as recommended, included in the price. Then choose free insured next-day delivery or collection.

Once your watch has passed our checks and is ready, pay any balance online, by bank transfer or in our showroom, and choose how it reaches you. You can change your mind about this until it’s ready.

Good to know
Deposits and refunds
- Refunded in full if the watch doesn’t pass our checks, or we can’t secure it.
- If you change your mind once we’ve bought your watch and it has passed our checks, the deposit is non-refundable. We refund anything you’ve paid above it.
- Time matters. Good watches sell quickly, and an option is only reserved for you once you’ve secured it.
- Work included. The recommended work is in the price. Prefer it as found? We still service it if it needs it, with the same 3-year warranty.

How long does a search take?
It depends on the watch. Once we’ve looked at your request we email you a rough timeframe, which can be anything from within a week to a few months, depending on how rare the model, year and box and papers are.
Does it cost anything to ask?
No. Starting a search is free, and there’s nothing to pay until you choose a watch.
Do I need an account?
To see your options and secure a watch, yes. If you’ve already sent us a request from our website, create an account with the same email address and your search will be waiting for you. If you have an account, sign in and start a search from My Account.
What if none of the options are right?
Tell us it’s not for you, and why: the price, the year, the condition, box and papers, or the dial or bracelet. We’ll keep searching, or close the search if you’d rather.
How do deposits and refunds work?
Most options need a deposit, usually £1,000, paid by card or bank transfer. Everything you’ve paid is refunded in full if the watch doesn’t pass our checks or we can’t secure it. If you change your mind once we’ve bought the watch and it has passed our checks, the deposit is non-refundable and we refund anything you’ve paid above it.
Can I split the payment?
Yes. Pay a deposit now and the rest when your watch is ready, pay in full, or split it across cards, bank transfer and our showroom, where payments are taken when you collect (cash up to £8,000 per purchase).
Will the watch be serviced?
Every watch is checked in our atelier. The recommended work, from a service and full refinish to nothing at all for an unworn watch, is included in the price. If you’d rather keep it as found, we won’t refinish it, but we still service it if it doesn’t meet our standards, and it comes with the same 3-year warranty.
Can I see the watch before I pay the balance?
Yes. Choose Click and Collect from our Birmingham showroom at 12 Warstone Lane, or collect in London with a viewing and sizing appointment at 15 Hanover Square, Mayfair, and pay the rest when you collect.
