The Jewellery Quarter has been the centre of Britain’s jewellery trade for more than two centuries, and it is still home to hundreds of jewellers and workshops. Our showroom sits on Warstone Lane near the Chamberlain Clock, a few minutes’ walk from Jewellery Quarter station (rail and Metro) and St Paul’s Metro stop. Walk in any day: Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 16:45 and Sunday 10:30 to 15:00.

What Every Watch Includes
We service every watch before it goes on sale, test it for water resistance and back it with a 3-year warranty. You can pay by card, bank transfer or finance, part exchange your current watch, and have your new one delivered free, next day, with full insurance.
Do you service watches on site?
Our watchmakers inspect and service every watch before it is sold, and we also offer servicing and repairs for watches you already own.

Online purchases can be returned within 14 days in the UK, in the same condition and with everything that came with the watch.
Please use the same billing and delivery address to avoid delays. If security checks are needed, delivery can take one extra day.

Yes. Choose Click and Collect Birmingham at checkout and pick your watch up from our showroom on Warstone Lane. We also deliver free, insured and next day across the UK when you order by 3pm.

Can you service my watch?
Yes. We service Rolex, Cartier and Omega in-house, with pressure testing, polishing and repairs. See Jewellery Quarter watch servicing.
What if the watch I want isn’t in stock?
Tell us the model, and the reference, year and budget if you know them. We source watches 24/7 and usually find an exact match or a close alternative within a working week.
Can I return a watch bought online?
Yes. Online purchases can be returned within 14 days in the UK, in the same condition and with everything that came with the watch. Our Returns & delivery page has the details.
